Our story
Why Arete Trading exists.
Arete Trading GmbH was formed by a small team who spent years reading dense, jargon-heavy material on portfolio construction and alternative strategies and felt that most of it was written for other specialists rather than for the people the decisions actually affect.
We set out to build a resource that explains, in plain and accurate language, how wealth is typically preserved and how alternative strategies such as managed futures, market-neutral, or global macro approaches are structured — without pretending to offer certainty where none exists, and without selling anything in the process.
What we are not
We are a publisher, not a provider.
To avoid any confusion, it is important to state plainly what Arete Trading GmbH does not do. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, asset manager, or licensed investment adviser. We do not hold client funds, execute trades on anyone's behalf, or offer paid subscriptions, courses, or signals.
